Stephen Gent, Ph.D.

Executive Chairman of the Board

Dr. Stephen Gent has over 15 years of experience in realizing digitally-based projects and enterprises. He has led collaborative research, development, and commercialization efforts. Dr. Gent’s teams have deployed high-fidelity digital solutions for optimizing the design of products and processes of medical devices, industrial systems, and high energy particle physics.

Sony Malhotra

President

Sony has over 20 years of experience in Financial Services. He has held executive leadership roles in Product Development, Operations and Service leading both onshore and offshore teams. A results driven leader with a track record of implementing innovative digital strategies, driving greater efficiency and enhancing the client experience.

Joel Haugen

Chief Financial Officer

Joel has 18 years of experience in accounting, finance, and marketing. He's a former CPA with an MBA, but at his core, he's blue-collar guy with an intense desire to make the world a better place for all by making decentralized finance an accessible, seamless, end-to-end user experience.

Grant Parsons

Vice President of Marketing

Grant has worked in as a creative in the advertising industry, helping to steer the marketing efforts of major global brands. He now turns his efforts to web3 where he hopes to give creators more control over their art through blockchain technology, and more people control of their lives through decentralized finance.

Chad Julius

Chief Technical Officer

Chad has been working as a linux system administrator in a research lab for high performance computing for the past 8 years. Before that, he worked in the networking field doing network management, troubleshooting and configuration in a larger LAN/WAN environment. His current interests are cluster computing, machine learning and automation.

Nate Clapp

Chief Security Officer

Nate has been a Linux sysadmin for 5 years, starting off in the high performance computing field and finding his place as a jack-of-all-trades admin. His specialties include Kubernetes, VMWare products, and automation using Ansible.

Elizabethann Cook

Vice President of Planning and Administration

Elizabethann Cook is a physics major and computer science minor with extensive experience immersing herself in the world of blockchain and cryptocurrency.
